Our chefs like to add a cosmopolitan touch to the typical ingredients of Ladin cuisine. Their creations are redolent of the Dolomites: the colours, woodland flavours and purity of the air.
Our land has so many delights to offer, and food is related to knowing our past, and combining care and dedication. It is important for us to pass this on to our guests, so that they can discover this land with its special traditions and characteristics, handed down over many generations.
